Your Role at LINDAL Group

As a pivotal Sales Operations Leader, you will be instrumental in shaping, directing, and overseeing the development of sales processes and the establishment of sales control policies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, coupled with extensive knowledge of ERP and CRM systems. A significant aspect of this position involves managing the global sales opportunity pipeline and the monthly sales analysis and reporting cycle, ensuring effective coordination with divisional sales teams.

Your Responsibilities

Leadership in Sales Operations:

  • Act as a key contributor to the ERP implementation initiative, leading commercial work packages as necessary.
  • Oversee and guide the team responsible for the new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) process.
  • Lead various Key Commercial Projects to drive business success.
Management of Sales Operations:
  • Oversee the monthly sales reporting process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage the sales forecasting and budget planning activities.
  • Establish and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Ensure effective management of commercial processes, providing guidance and fostering continuous improvement.
Compliance in Sales Processes:
  • Monitor adherence to essential sales policies across the organization.
Experience & Skills Required:
  • Proven experience in the industrial manufacturing sector, particularly in B2B environments.
  • Strong background in sales organizations, with potential consulting experience.
  • Experience collaborating with international teams.
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, particularly SAP.
  • Able to critically assess existing practices and suggest innovative solutions.
  • Committed to continuous improvement.
Personal Attributes:
  • University degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English is essential, with fluency in Spanish or German being advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Well-developed project management skills, organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguous processes with a determination to resolve issues and enhance process definitions.
  • Data-driven with strong numerical skills.
  • Proficient in IT tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; understanding of ERP system implementation is a distinct advantage.
