We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Lead to join our Residential Children\u2019s Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading by example, supporting our young people, and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care.

The ideal candidate will have experience in residential care, a strong understanding of the needs of children and young people, and the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of support workers to provide high-quality care and support to our young people
  • Developing and implementing care plans to meet the individual needs of our young people
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
  • Providing supervision and guidance to support workers to ensure they are equipped to provide the best possible care
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure the needs of our young people are met
