About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our Children's Home in Hull. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person.
- Lead and manage a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support.
- Collaborate with parents, carers, and other professionals to promote the welfare of our young people.
- Ensure the home is maintained to a high standard and that all necessary policies and procedures are in place.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the smooth running of the home.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years' experience in a residential care setting, with a supervisory role within the last 5 years.
- A Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential Care, with a Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare preferred.
- Knowledge of The Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A full UK driving license.
