CNC Machine Engineer / Technical Support

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Engineer / Technical Support to join our team at Staffbase Recruitment. As a key member of our technical support team, you will provide expert advice and assistance to customers and engineers to resolve machine breakdowns, install new equipment, and implement software updates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote access
  • Process spare parts orders and investigate technical queries
  • Maintain field service engineer schedules and coordinate customer visits
  • Update CRM system and maintain training records
  • Attend machine breakdowns and installations as required
Requirements:
  • Competent multi-skilled engineer with electrical bias
  • Previous experience with automated machinery, CNC, packaging, and robotics
  • HNC or HND qualification in mechanical and/or electrical engineering
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
