We are seeking an experienced Estates Project and Office Coordinator to join our team at Hays Business Support. As an Estates Project and Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Estates Department, including data processing, general typing, and manual and electronic filing.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake administrative duties within the Estates Department, including data processing, general typing, and manual and electronic filing.
- Liaise with other Service Departments regarding estate issues and assist with the distribution of communication as required.
- Responsible for the configuration of all documentation and filing systems within the department and assist in the administration of departmental projects.
- Providing support for the Estates Helpdesk system.
- Experience of working in an administrative role, providing high-level support.
- Excellent communication skills, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solutions-focused with the ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be able to commit to office-based working, 5 days per week.
- Temporary role until June 2025.
- Free on-site parking.
- £13.36 per hour.
