Job Responsibilities:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role

Key Duties:

  • Oversee daily IT operations at client locations to address users' technical needs.
  • Provide on-site support for server and networking tasks as necessary.
  • Assist with IT equipment and applications related to manufacturing, adhering to established procedures.
  • Facilitate remote troubleshooting by executing physical tasks as directed.
  • Manage hardware repairs and vendor coordination to ensure service quality.
  • Conduct Installation, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) of IT assets as required.
  • Deliver specialized support to VIP clients, ensuring comfort with technology and equipment.
  • Maintain and support conference room technology, including audio/video and communication systems.
  • Manage inventory of non-PC IT assets, responding to customer inquiries under guidance.
  • Assist in the procurement of non-PC IT equipment, ensuring compliance with business policies.
  • Provide on-site support for non-PC devices, including printers and scanners, with necessary training.
  • Support mobile device management, including configuration and asset tracking.
  • Assist with IT needs during special events and meetings, as required.
  • Collaborate on health and safety aspects and participate in infrastructure projects as directed.

Language Proficiency: Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and the local language.
