About The Role

Job Title: Front Line Manager - Operations Lead | Location: Sheffield, UK
Salary Listing: Competitive plus benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage site teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Set targets for day/week that are clearly understood by the team.
  • Carry out Standby Duties and support SHEQ in toolbox talks, QA memos, liaise with clients and highways.
  • Co-ordinate resources to ensure delivery of required daily productivity.
  • Monitor the quality performance of works.

Requirements:

  • NRSWA qualified Supervisor.
  • Good knowledge of health and safety in the utility industry.
  • Full clean driving License.
  • Ability to work with and manage sub-contractors.
