Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Project Manager to join our team at CLEAR LINE LIMITED. The successful candidate will possess an exceptional level of knowledge of the facade/building envelope industry and have a proven record of leading and delivering landmark projects within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take overall responsibility for the successful execution of the project
  • Take full responsibility for the site financial budget, requiring commercial acumen
  • Ensure the project team fully understands the design and specification requirements, with full compliance maintained from site commencement through to handover
  • Liaise directly with the design team to discuss potential issues, and with procurement teams to ensure orders are placed and delivered to site in accordance with the project programme
  • Notification of delays, including cause and effect analysis
  • Maintain high levels of health & safety throughout the project
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years experience working as a Site/Project Manager
  • Extensive experience working on major projects (value ranging from £10 million to £25 million plus) with a proven continual history of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Proficient in operating AutoCAD and Revit software
  • Previous experience working alongside or within a design office, with a full understanding of the fabrication processes
  • Detailed understanding of fire engineering
  • Hold SMSTS card
Preferred Qualifications:

A relevant qualification in Project Management (Degree, Masters, CIOB, HND or equivalent) would be preferred, but not essential.
