Salary: Competitive salary package, negotiable for the right candidate
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Manage site finances, requiring strong commercial acumen.
- Ensure the project team understands design and specification requirements, maintaining compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with design teams to discuss potential issues and with procurement teams to ensure orders are placed and delivered on time.
- Notify delays, including cause and effect analysis.
- Maintain high health and safety standards throughout the project.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of construction experience, with 5 years as a Site/Project Manager.
- Extensive experience working on major projects (value £10 million to £25 million plus), with a proven track record of delivering on time and within budget.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Previous experience working alongside or within a design office, with a full understanding of fabrication processes.
- Detailed understanding of fire engineering.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Hold SMSTS card.
A relevant qualification in Project Management (Degree, Masters, CIOB, HND or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.
