PR Account Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled PR Account Executive to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. As a PR Account Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing integrated communications programmes for pharmaceutical and life-sciences clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Manage project plans and timelines to ensure timely completion of client projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media contacts to secure press coverage and social media engagement.
  • Write and distribute press releases, award entries, and content marketing pieces to targeted audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement social media campaigns.
  • Conduct media outreach and pitching to secure media coverage and build brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in PR, marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in PR, marketing, communications, or journalism.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
  • Experience in media relations and media pitching is advantageous.
  • Understanding of social media tools and networks, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Strong desire for growth and learning opportunities.
