Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled E-Commerce Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive growth across multiple D2C websites. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a channel growth plan, optimizing channel performance, and delivering a long-term growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Marketing Director to co-create and deliver a channel growth plan that aligns with the company's ambitious growth plans.
- Channel Optimization: Understand and develop the channel mix in line with short and long-term goals and metrics, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
- Reporting and Monitoring: Track and analyze channel performance and core metrics, providing insights to inform data-driven decisions.
- CRO and UX: Optimize user experience and conduct constant testing to increase conversions and improve overall website performance.
- User Journeys: Work with the Communications Executive to segment the customer base and deliver automation to increase retention and customer loyalty.
- SEO and Paid Digital: Develop and execute SEO and paid digital strategies, including organic optimization and paid Google/Meta campaigns.
- Affiliates and Agencies: Manage multiple affiliate networks and work closely with PPC and SEO/development agencies to ensure deliverables are met.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Commercial Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
- Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills and experience with data-led decision making.
- Continuous Testing: Experience with continuous testing and optimization to drive growth and improvement.
- Brand Production Values: Strong understanding of brand production values and experience working with highly visual or luxury brands.
- Marketing Attribution: Thorough understanding of marketing attribution and the current challenges in assigning ROAS to acquisition.
- Website Platforms: Experience managing website platforms on platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WordPress.
