Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales and Operations Concierge to become an integral part of our team. The Concierge team embodies our commitment to customer satisfaction, ensuring a premium service experience for our clientele.
In this role, you will assist customers throughout their journey, from initial inquiries to post-purchase support. You will handle every question with professionalism and warmth, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting both in-person and virtual client consultations.
- Managing sales and fulfillment processes to support the company's growth.
- Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
- Collaborating with teams in the UK and India to explore gemstone sourcing and customer preferences.
- Guiding customers through our Aftercare policy and assisting with repair management.
- Visiting local workshops to oversee the repair process.
- Supporting inventory management and customer dispatches.
- Contributing to the overall operational needs of the business.
- Assisting with order fulfillment as necessary.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the jewellery sector.
- A strong understanding of Fenton's values and mission.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain composed under pressure.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms.
- A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Photography skills for marketing purposes are a plus.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
