Job Description

Job Title: Apprentice Production Manager

Department: Central Production Unit

Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to assist the Operations Manager in effectively managing the production of our site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the factory is run to Pasta Evangelists financial and operational standards while maintaining our values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations Manager in managing the production of the site
  • Ensure that all staff receive the required training in compliance with all statutory and company procedures
  • Ensure performance reviews and ongoing training are completed within the correct timescales
  • Ensure that all company policies are adhered to
  • Ensure all technical policies and procedures are adhered to, including all Critical Control Points are monitored correctly
  • Maintain profitability through effective production scheduling and reduced costs while maintaining company operating standards
  • Work together with fellow managers to ensure the site achieves its full potential as an individual business and as part of the Pasta Evangelists brand
  • Attention to detail in relation to food quality, portion size, presentation, and consistency
  • Understanding of budgeting systems, stock control, meeting budgets in relation to food, labor, and maintenance costs
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, and G-suite

Requirements:
