Job Title: Apprentice Production Manager

At Pasta Evangelists, we're looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as an Apprentice Production Manager. As a key member of our Central Production Unit, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our factory, maintaining our high standards of food safety and quality, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Operations Manager in managing production, ensuring the factory runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee one of the manufacturing sections, ensuring all staff receive the necessary training and support.
  • Deliver exceptional food safety and quality standards, adhering to our brand's values and procedures.
  • Coach and develop shift leaders, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Ensure performance reviews and ongoing training are completed on time, maintaining a high level of staff engagement and development.
  • Monitor and maintain profitability through effective production scheduling and cost control.
  • Collaborate with fellow managers to drive business growth and achieve site potential.
Requirements:
  • 2 years' experience in a manufacturing site operations role.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting systems, stock control, and cost management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, and G-suite.
