Job Title: Production Manager

At Pasta Evangelists, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Central Production Unit, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our factory, maintaining high food safety and quality standards, and driving profitability through effective production scheduling and cost reduction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations Manager in managing the production process, ensuring that the factory is run to Pasta Evangelists financial and operational standards.
  • Oversee the production of food products, ensuring that all products meet the required food safety and quality standards.
  • Coach and develop shift leaders, ensuring that all staff receive the required training in compliance with all statutory and company procedures.
  • Ensure performance reviews and ongoing training are completed within the correct timescales.
  • Ensure that all company policies are adhered to, including all technical policies and procedures.
  • Maintain profitability through effective production scheduling and reduced costs.

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience within a manufacturing site operations.
