Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities within the UK and international markets.
Analyse industry reports, data, and other relevant information to inform strategic decisions.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings. - Strategic Planning:
Assist in the development and execution of E Media Group's strategic plan and business ventures.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and integration of strategic initiatives.
Support strategic projects from conception through execution, including setting timelines, managing deliverables, and tracking progress. - Data Analysis & Reporting:
Gather and analyse data to provide actionable insights for strategic planning.

Support the sales team with strategic insights and market analysis to enhance their efforts. - International Expansion:
Support international expansion efforts by conducting market entry analysis and identifying growth opportunities in new regions.
Assist in the development of international business strategies and plans.
Coordinate with local teams to ensure successful implementation of international initiatives. - Competitive Analysis:
Monitor competitor activities and strategies across various industries to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Analyse competitor content, business models, and strategic moves to inform company strategy. - Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, content, and technology teams to gather insights and support strategic initiatives.
Facilitate communication and coordination across departments to ensure successful implementation of strategies.
Requirements:
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field.
MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus. - Experience:
2-4 years of experience in strategy, consulting, market research, or a related role.
Proven track record of conducting market research and data analysis to inform strategic decisions. - Skills:
