Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Vice Principal to join our team at United Learning. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational vision and direction of our academy.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead on students' behaviour, attitudes, and safeguarding, ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment
* Develop and implement strategies to improve student attendance and engagement
* Collaborate with teachers and support staff to enhance the academic and pastoral experience of our students
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our Behaviour Policy, making recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a leadership role, with a strong track record of improving student outcomes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, and parents
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
