We are currently on the lookout for dedicated individuals to become part of our esteemed team of Ushers at one of the world's most renowned theaters.
If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and possess the following qualifications, we would be eager to hear from you:
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service
- Strict adherence to operational and safety protocols
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive atmosphere
- Capability to manage sales transactions and inventory efficiently
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a proactive mindset
- Familiarity with technology, including point-of-sale systems
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a polished appearance
Work Schedule
This position offers part-time contracts with three shifts per week, featuring flexible hours and the potential for additional shifts during peak times.
Availability for evening, weekend, and occasional daytime shifts is essential.
We encourage you to review the Usher Availability Requirements document prior to expressing your interest.
Interview Process
Should you be selected, attendance at an Assessment Centre in person at our Covent Garden location will be required on designated dates.
Comprehensive training will be provided to successful candidates starting in September.
