Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Service: Ensure exceptional client service as the first point of contact at the clinic, providing a calm and compassionate manner to clients in crisis.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including report editing, letter formatting, and correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including clinical documentation and client information.
  • Diary Management: Oversee the diary management of senior staff members, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Office Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including maintenance, supplies, and expense records.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, staff, and external contractors to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • IT Support: Provide IT support to staff, including troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment and software.

Requirements:

  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in a private healthcare setting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with clients, staff, and external contractors.
