Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the assessment processes for subspecialty trainees and the approval of new training centres, ensuring compliance with GMC standards.
- Represent the RCOG in national recruitment processes and at GMC/Medical Royal Colleges meetings, promoting the College's mission of improving women's health care worldwide.
- Line manage the Trainees Administrator and support the development of team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex workstreams within education or healthcare, with a strong background in educational programme management.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training programmes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including medical professionals and governance bodies.
- Knowledge of GMC standards and practical understanding of educational frameworks in the medical field is desirable.
