Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Liberty Specialty Markets. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with brokers and clients, driving business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for business development and growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers and clients.
- Collaborate with underwriters to develop pipeline and assist with renewal defense negotiations.
- Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending development focus or remedial action.
- Contribute to the targeting of corporate entertainment and company representation at events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development and account management.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with brokers and clients.
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
- Knowledge of the London market and retail insurance.
