We are seeking a highly skilled Airfreight Import Coordinator to join our team at Silver Arrow Recruitment. As an Airfreight Import Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the importation of airfreight shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, and overseas partners to ensure smooth importation of airfreight shipments.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including customs forms and commercial invoices.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Industry knowledge of airfreight and logistics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong numerical and commercial skills.
