We are seeking an experienced Airfreight Import/Export Clerk to join our growing team in Birmingham. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating airfreight shipments from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate airfreight shipments, including import and export operations
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of shipments, including customs entries and relevant documents
  • Liaise with carriers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of six months experience in airfreight or logistics
  • Proven experience in import and export operations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • IATA certification an advantage
