Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Case Coordinator to become a part of our Treatment Services Team. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including:

  • Managing referrals from insurers and employers, and coordinating treatment arrangements through our extensive supplier network.
  • Ensuring clients receive timely and appropriate treatment.
  • Collaborating with leading case management professionals to oversee cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently and accurately.
  • Engaging with insurers, solicitors, employers, and suppliers to gather referral information, arrange treatments, and follow up with clients.
  • Maintaining and organizing case information within our specialized system to provide a seamless experience for clients.
  • Addressing client concerns and expectations by fostering strong relationships with all parties involved.
  • Utilizing analytical skills to identify the root causes of complaints and implementing effective resolutions.

It is essential to approach healthcare decisions with empathy and understanding, considering the perspectives of all stakeholders involved.
