Director of Building Surveying - A leading Property Consultancy in London is seeking a commercial Building Surveyor, operating at Director level, to join their team.

This is an opportunity for a Director level Building Surveyor, who is keen to make a difference in a team of professionals and who is well-versed commercially.

Role and Responsibilities

  1. MRICS & 8+ years consultancy/private practice experience
  2. Proven ability to win and retain business
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  4. Good management skills
  5. Flexible and adaptable attitude
  6. Networking and business development skills
  7. Strong IT ability
