Main Responsibilities

You will assist the Service Manager in overseeing all facets of Clinical Group services and performance management. Your role will include direct oversight of secretarial and clerical personnel within a designated area.

Collaboration with external teams, including Access/Waiting List Managers, will be vital for effective communication and management of access challenges.

Independently managing your workload while consulting with the Service Manager as needed is expected.

Innovation in developing more efficient systems to enhance departmental operations and the Trust's overall effectiveness is encouraged.

You will also act as a deputy for the Service Manager when required, supporting both the Service Manager and General Manager in achieving waiting list and access objectives.
