About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Digital Enrichment and Wellbeing Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students to have the best possible student experience in our digital programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver digital enrichment sessions and provide links to enrichment resources via Student Hubs
  • Contribute to student induction planning and help build a sense of community through participation in weekly briefings and facilitating other student activities
  • Coordinate Student Voice activities, including the Digital Student Ambassador programme, and provide wellbeing support for students 1:1, in small groups, or for the whole cohort
  • Represent wellbeing and enrichment in relevant meetings, boards, committees, and reports, and support the DSL with reporting, risk assessments, and other digital safeguarding requirements
  • Manage responses in the Student Support and Student Wellbeing inboxes and participate in SGDL cross-team panels or other relevant meetings or committees to represent student wellbeing and enrichment
About You
  • You will have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent work experience and excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • You will have experience of working in an educational setting with students, reporting and tracking information, and being flexible and working to specific deadlines
  • You will have experience of delivering support or enrichment or information sessions to large groups as well as smaller groups and 1:1, and experience of safeguarding and providing wellbeing support
