About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Enrichment and Wellbeing Officer to join our team at Study Group. As a key member of our Digital Learning team, you will play a vital role in supporting students to achieve their academic and personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging digital enrichment sessions to promote student wellbeing and academic success.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of student induction programs, ensuring a smooth transition for new students.
- Support the development of a positive and inclusive community through facilitated activities and events.
- Coordinate student voice initiatives, including surveys and feedback mechanisms, to ensure student concerns are heard and addressed.
- Provide one-to-one and group wellbeing support to students, guiding them through challenging situations and promoting resilience and self-confidence.
- Represent the wellbeing and enrichment team in meetings and reports, ensuring student needs are represented and addressed.
- Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to student wellbeing and safeguarding.
- Manage student support inboxes and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in relevant meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices in student wellbeing and digital learning.
About You:
We are looking for an individual with:
A Level 3 qualification or equivalent work experience in a related field.Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint.Experience working in an educational setting with students.Proficient in reporting and tracking information.Ability to work to deadlines and deliver support to varied groups.Experience in safeguarding and wellbeing support.Facilitation of community-building activities.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.About Study Group:
