Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate detailed design and implementation of projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Oversee the management of resources and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring efficient project delivery.
  • Support the financial and commercial management of projects, utilizing calculated project management techniques to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve project delivery and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Chartered status with at least 8-10 years of commercial experience in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of legal processes, planning, design, design software, adoption, and contract procedures.
  • Experience with relevant design codes, including sewers for adoption, SUDS manual, water industry act, and water environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including MicroDrainage and AutoCAD.
