Associate Director/Director Designate Civils

Fortis Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Associate Director/Director Designate Civils to join our consultancy supporting the development industry. Our client is an independent provider of flood risk, infrastructure, and highways design services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate detailed design and implementation of projects throughout the construction phase
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Support the financial and commercial management of projects through calculated project management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
Requirements:
  • BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering
  • Chartered status with at least 8-10 years of commercial experience
  • Strong knowledge of legal processes, planning, design, design software, adoption, and contract procedures
  • Experience with relevant design codes, including sewers for adoption, SUDS manual, water industry act, and water environment
  • Proficiency in MicroDrainage and AutoCAD software
