Account Executive

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Gemaco Group. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Process client orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Build rapport with internal and external clients through effective communication and relationship-building
- Manage client queries and issues, escalating where necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance client satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
