Job Title: Accounts/Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Accounts/Sales Executive to join our team at TPS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the Sales Manager and team to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
  2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the automotive industry and our products.
  3. Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and face-to-face visits.
  5. Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and credit status.
  6. Collaborate with the TPS Centre team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record in sales and customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  3. Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and our products.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  5. IT literate, with a good working knowledge of MS Excel.
