We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our customers, ensuring they have a positive and hassle-free experience from initial enquiry to move-in day.
You will be based on-site at our development in Tonbridge, where you will work closely with our Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction teams to achieve sales targets and budgeted selling prices. Your role will involve showing customers apartments, providing information on our developments, and ensuring that our customers have a seamless transition into their new home.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent customer relationship skills, a determination to succeed, and a proactive approach to sales and marketing. You will also need to be happy working independently and have previous experience in sales, preferably within the retirement market or selling new homes.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, providing them with expert advice on our developments, and ensuring that they have a positive experience throughout the sales process. You will also be required to work closely with our onsite teams to achieve sales targets and budgeted selling prices.
