About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing the order process. As an Administrative Assistant - Order Management, you will be responsible for monitoring multiple inboxes, forwarding emails to relevant stakeholders, and ensuring prompt action.

You will also be responsible for daily invoicing of orders, creating packing lists, and emailing them to customers to ensure smooth order dispatch. Additionally, you will manage weekly invoicing, ensure accuracy in billing, and monitor orders to take appropriate action to resolve any issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor multiple inboxes and forward emails to relevant stakeholders for prompt action.
  • Daily invoicing of orders to ensure all customer orders are processed efficiently.
  • Create packing lists and email them to customers to ensure smooth order dispatch.
  • Manage weekly invoicing and ensure accuracy in billing.
  • Monitor orders and take appropriate action to resolve any issues.
  • Create and update daily orderbooks, ensuring all new orders are captured and processed.
  • Maintain and update staff sales pricing and stock levels as required.
  • Handle and distribute the daily post, ensuring timely delivery.
About You

We are looking for a strong and organized individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines. Experience with SAP or similar order management systems is desirable but not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
