Infection Prevention and Control Administrator

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join the Infection Prevention and Control team as an Administrator and data support in a full-time role.
The post holder will be a key member of the Infection Prevention and Control team, responsible for providing comprehensive, professional, and confidential administrative and data support services to the Lead Nurse and Manager and members of the Infection Prevention and Control Team (IPCT).
This role will support the delivery of the Infection Prevention and Control service to the Trust, working closely with other members of the team to achieve strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and data support services to the Lead Nurse and Manager and members of the IPCT.
- Manage, develop, update, and monitor content on the IPC, Decontamination, Continence, and Sepsis SharePoint sites.
- Assist the Lead Nurse and Manager and other IPCT members with project work for the Trust.
- Enter data onto the UKHSA Data Capture System.
- Compile clear and concise reports involving complex data and information from various sources.
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
