We are seeking a meticulous and organized Administrative Support Specialist to enhance our Rail and Infrastructure division. In a fast-paced and dynamic setting, you will play a vital role in delivering essential administrative assistance to our project coordinators and the broader operational team.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Efficiently process and oversee purchase orders and invoices.
Project Oversight: Develop and maintain project tracking systems for effective management and reporting.
Administrative Assistance: Provide thorough administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and document organization.
System Coordination: Skillfully manage multiple systems, ensuring precise data upkeep.
Supplier Relations: Cultivate supplier relationships and promptly address any concerns.
Procurement Support: Assist the procurement coordinator with sourcing and vendor management tasks.
Communication Management: Handle a high volume of correspondence and maintain clear communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address challenges, escalating when necessary.
