Hourglass Staffing is seeking a skilled Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our Older Adult Team in High Wycombe. This role offers flexibility in working hours with weekday shifts and optional weekend work.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop tailored care plans for older adults in the community.
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated support and ensure seamless care transitions.
- Work Monday to Friday, with flexibility to choose from 9:00-17:00 or 8:00-16:00 shifts, with weekend shifts available.
- Location: High Wycombe
- Work Pattern: Monday to Friday (9:00-17:00 or 8:00-16:00)
- Rates:
- Weekday Rate: £27.00 per hour
- Saturday Rate: £33.00 per hour
- Sunday Rate: £38.00 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
- Registered Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) with experience in community settings and older adult care
- Flexibility to work weekdays with optional weekend shifts
