We are exclusively partnering with our client to identify a remarkable permanent candidate for this vital position.

The organization is a prominent national contractor in the Traffic Operations sector, recognized for its integrity in delivering services within a challenging industry.

This role serves as a first-level Supervisor/Line Manager, reporting directly to the Depot Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of Traffic Management operatives
  • Manage daily and weekly labor scheduling
  • Enhance productivity both within the depot and in field operations
  • Execute various operational tasks as required

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong focus on delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Previous experience in a comparable role with a deep understanding of Traffic Management regulations and Health and Safety protocols
  • Possession of Lantra Traffic Management certifications, including M6
