Job Title: Air Source Heat Pump Service Engineer

At Liberty, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air Source Heat Pump Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air source heat pumps and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of work onsite, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Undertake general central heating system repairs, including hot water cylinders, solar thermal systems, and heat pumps.
  • Organise labour and materials, ensuring effective project management.
  • Carry out onsite supervision, providing technical and practical support to colleagues.
  • Fault finding analysis, maintenance, and repairs to commercial and domestic heating systems.
  • Installation and upgrading work to respective heating, sanitation, plumbing, and HVAC equipment on a planned and reactive basis.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and good practice.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record and experience in air source heat pump installation and maintenance.
  • Essential qualifications include Domestic Plumbing NVQ L2/L3 or City & Guilds equivalent, Water Regulations, Solar, RFQ L3 qualifications desirable but not essential.
  • F-Gas qualification desirable.
  • Excellent knowledge of current legislation and regulations.
  • Full clean driving license and Electrical qualifications 17th / 18th edition and control re-wiring experience advantageous.
