Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Source Heat Pump Service Engineer to join our team at Liberty. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our heat pump services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery: Manage the delivery of heat pump services to our customers, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical and practical support to our customers, including fault finding and repair of heat pumps.
  • Project Management: Organize and manage projects to ensure timely completion and to budget.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure that all aspects of our heat pump services are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance our heat pump services.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record of experience in air source heat pump service and maintenance.
  • Qualifications: Recognized formal training and qualifications in heat pump technology, including Domestic Plumbing NVQ L2/L3 or City & Guilds equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of current legislation and regulations, including F-Gas qualification.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
