About the Role

Tate is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and they are receiving the best possible service
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  • Work closely with the events team to plan and execute events that drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
