Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team at Rayner Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on mortgage and protection products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recommend suitable mortgage products from across the market to clients.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Nurture client relationships and generate repeat business through exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements:

  • Hold a CeMap or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage and protection advisory roles within an estate agency environment.
  • Driven, motivated by success and results, with a strong work ethic.
  • Ambitious and self-motivated, with a desire to excel in a fast-paced sales environment.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive basic salary of £30,000-£35,000.
  • OTE of £75,000+.
