At haart, we're seeking an experienced and skilled Mortgage and Protection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to our clients.

About the Role

  • Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximizing in-branch opportunities and thriving in a challenging yet stimulating environment.
  • Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximize value from each client.
  • Generate your own leads and business.
  • Work in tandem with the Estate Agency team, Admin team, Training and Development team, Compliance team, and Divisional Sales Director to ensure an efficient process for the client.
  • Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end, going above and beyond to provide the highest possible level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, establishing their needs and wants through effective communication.
  • Manage multiple responsibilities and tasks, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, buyers, and developers to capitalize on opportunities while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with peers to build relationships and identify opportunities for referrals.
  • Take ownership of KPIs, proactively seeking new opportunities while maintaining existing relationships.
  • Develop a strong presence in front of a camera, engaging with the audience to maximize reach.

Requirements

  • CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience in Mortgage and Protection Advising.
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
  • Proof of right to work in the UK, including passport, birth certificate, proof of address, national insurance number, and full UK driving license.

What We Offer

  • On-target earnings of £40,000 to £60,000+ per year.
  • Fully uncapped commission scheme.
  • Basic salary of £22,000 to £28,000 (dependent on experience).
  • Guaranteed monthly payments while building a pipeline, for up to 6 months.

Working Hours

  • Full-time office-based role.
  • Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 18:00.
  • Alternate Saturdays, 09:00 to 17:00.
  • Day off in lieu when working a Saturday.
