Position: General Manager - Bedford South (A421) - Brewers Fayre

Salary Range: £42,500 - £46,250

This role offers more than just a rewarding career path, starting with comprehensive induction training. In addition to a salary of up to £46,250, enjoy substantial discounts and benefits, along with the potential to earn up to 50% of your annual salary in bonuses.

Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager, our General Managers are integral to the success of our operations. Your focus will be on building a high-performing team and delivering outstanding service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Motivate, develop, and lead your management and staff, ensuring high retention rates.
  • Optimize revenue opportunities by analyzing sales data and effective forecasting.
  • Manage all controllable expenses and site profit and loss effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager to achieve long-term business objectives.
  • Foster individual performance through regular one-on-one meetings.
  • Maintain attention to detail and excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Exhibit enthusiasm for the brand and ensure your team is equally knowledgeable and confident in delivering our values.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations to the highest standards.
  • Show a strong commitment to achieving excellent guest satisfaction metrics.
