Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Portfolio Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive portfolio strategy, driving growth and profitability across our product lines.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with Regional Product Managers, Sales Directors, and General Managers to define range and commercial strategy, ensuring seamless execution across channels and regions.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct competitor analysis, analyze market dynamics, and track customer and consumer trends to inform product development and pricing strategies.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from development to launch and beyond, ensuring timely and effective delivery of new products to market.
  • Commercial Excellence: Drive revenue growth through effective pricing strategies, sales promotions, and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Leadership and Development: Mentor and develop Global Portfolio Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in their roles.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 5 years of experience in a portfolio or product leadership role, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial principles, including pricing, sales, and marketing strategies.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive strategies, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and regions.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including finance, operations, and supply chain management.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
