Service Desk Consultant

About the Role:

Fitch Group is seeking a skilled Service Desk Consultant to join our London-based team. As a key member of our Service Desk team, you will provide high-quality IT support to our global users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to users through various channels, including phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Respond to and resolve technical issues within specified timeframes, ensuring minimal disruption to our users.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance knowledge sharing and improve service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise to effectively resolve complex issues.
  • Communicate progress and updates to users through regular calls and emails.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and adhere to established procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting Microsoft products, including Windows 10 and Office 2019/365.
  • Experience with supporting laptops, MFDs, and video conferencing equipment.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced Service Desk environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
