We are seeking a strategic and impactful leader to join our newly established Business and Development (B&D) division within the Children's Services Directorate (CSD). This is an exceptional opportunity to influence the future and drive transformative change.

In this critical role, you will report directly to the Head of Performance, Systems, and Directorate Services. Your contributions will be essential in shaping the strategy and vision of the B&D division. You will manage the Complaints and Payments Team, oversee the Children's Services Directorate Project Management Office (PMO), and lead the Business Support function, while also taking charge of other vital areas such as accommodation, risk management, and business continuity.
