About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Business Improvement team as a Business Change Support Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of critical changes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and project support to the Business Improvement team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Strategic Change Programme teams, People Services, Finance, and Resource Management, to drive business improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business improvement initiatives, including process improvements and change management.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry, with a strong understanding of business improvement principles and practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others, building and maintaining relationships across the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
