About the Role

CMA Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team and support a leading financial services company in Portsmouth. As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in driving the company's people agenda forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support company goals.
  • Provide expert advice and support on a range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, such as succession planning, career development, and employee engagement.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and practices that ensure compliance with employment laws and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage change management programs to ensure smooth transitions during business restructuring or transformation.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to support workforce planning and ensure the business attracts and retains top talent.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects.
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards) is preferred but not essential.
