Position Overview: Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in a thriving social enterprise that offers exceptional benefits, including an NHS pension and a vehicle fleet scheme? Primary Care 24 (PC24) is pleased to announce an opening for a Senior Operations Manager for Community Care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational leadership as part of the community care management team, ensuring high service performance.
  • Directly manage a diverse team across various services within our community care portfolio.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring adequate staffing levels and supporting the achievement of performance and quality KPIs.
  • Effectively manage direct reports, including clinical staff, addressing issues such as attendance, performance evaluations, and leave requests in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Ensure that all team members are aware of performance targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work during weekends.
  • Ability to travel across multiple sites.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is advantageous but not mandatory.
